Remote Coaching + Monthly Assessment

Perfect for self-motivated individuals who want expert guidance without the full in-person commitment.
Here’s what’s included:

  • Personalized 3-day strength training program (updated weekly)
  • Weekly check-ins via phone or video chat
  • One in-person monthly assessment to track progress and make adjustments

  • 3 one-on-one sessions per week (1 hour each)
  • Access to our private training space
  • A custom training plan built around your goals
  • Real-time coaching, form corrections, and progress tracking

Justified Commitment

Up to 5 Days of In-Person Training

Ready to take your training to the next level? This tier is built for full commitment — with up to 5 in-person sessions each week and extended coaching support. Includes everything in Tier 2, plus:

  • Up to 5 one-on-one training sessions per week
  • Deeper accountability and faster progress
  • Enhanced goal tracking and milestone reviews
