My Journey to Real Wellness and Sustainable Fitness
Hey girl! I’m so glad you’re here, my name is Vanessa—wife, homeschooling mama of three boys, and a proud transplant from sunny Southern California to the sweet small-town life here in Giles County, Tennessee.
My fitness journey began in 2014, but like many, it wasn’t a straight path. It took a couple years of juice cleanses, the trendy diets, and all the quick fixes—none of them gave me the lasting results I was hoping for. It wasn’t until 2019 when I picked up a pair of 10 pound dumbbells that everything started to change. Weight lifting became more than just exercise—it became my anchor, my therapy, and the key to feeling strong inside and out.
Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, I’m passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and lifelong health through consistent movement and mindful nutrition. I’m all about simple food swaps, understanding the “why” behind your habits, and cutting through the fluff with real, honest support.
Faith is the foundation of everything I do. I’m a follower of Jesus Christ and deeply believe that our bodies are a gift—ones we’re called to care for intentionally. I love being on the front lines of preventative health, encouraging others to take small, sustainable steps toward a stronger, more energized life.
